The editor is a Web Application providing several tools to help artists (and developers) to debug, animate, configure and export before they release their final scenes.
The Babylon.js Editor can be found at http://editor.babylonjs.com/
With it you can import a scene and textures; create and edit particle systems; animations; lens flares; post-processes; render targets and materials. Of course your can also save your project as a .babylon file for later importing into babylon.js irself.
